Philippe Clement’s men finished in the top 8 of the league phase of the competition, guaranteeing them progression to this stage.
The first leg will take place on Thursday 6 March with the return game held one week later.
The two clubs last met in 2001/02 Champions League qualifying with the Turkish side winning 2-1 on aggregate after a 0-0 first-leg draw at Ibrox.
